Step outside the borders of Nags Head and explore the other towns and villages that make up the barrier islands of North Carolina. Located ‘just down the street’, you’ll find Kitty Hawk and Kill Devil Hills – sharing many of the same amenities and offerings of Nags Head. Plan for a little road trip to the north and visit Duck and Southern Shores – the newest towns in OBX. Further south, you’ll find the smaller seaside havens of Manteo, Wanchese, Rodanthe, Waves, Salvo, Avon, Buxton, Frisco and Hatteras – one road leads to them all!
